HRIS Analyst
Provide excellent service consistent with the property’s core service standards and brand attributes
Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task
Provide Human Resources security administration support through defining and assigning appropriate levels of access for all Human Resources systems users
Design, develop and run custom query reports to meet the report requirements of the Human Resource management staff
Oversee the maintenance and processing of data records/data entry performed by other members of the Human Resources staff and ensures data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing, and auditing
Ensure that all transaction types are audited regularly, making enhancement recommendations when appropriate
